Upon meeting the service advisor, the price of the oil change was higher than originally stated. Also be careful, they will try to up-sell you new filters you don't need. After the new oil price and the air filter, I was looking at > $100 estimate for an oil change, so I left. I took it to the dealership and got an oil change for $46.99 and they said the air filters were fine. I drive a Honda.

Great Customer Service and very welcoming staff. The employees were very knowledgeable about their work and explained to me what type of preventive maintenance can be done to my car.

Needed oil change on short notice. THEY did the job efficiently. Building a bit run down. Probably wouldn't go to that location again. I look for a newer location.

This location has the worst customer service of any Jiffy Lube I have been to. I visited this location on Dec 24th thinking it wouldn't be crowded. I get there, and sure enough there was only one car in the bay. I pull up behind the one car being worked on, and the employees literally just looked at me, and proceeded to continue talking to each other. Normally, an employee will come out, ask what service you want, tell you to leave your keys in the car, and ask you to wait in the waiting room. This did not happen. The employee didn't even flinch when I pulled up. I had to get out of the car, ask if they're open, he said yes and told me I can keep the car there, and then went back to talking!!!! I decided right then to go home instead of giving that Jiffy Lube location my money. If the initial impression was bad, I can only imagine how much worse their service is.

I was there today and they had me waiting an extra hour to finish my oil change transaction.
My name wasn’t even in the system by the time I asked about it. My car was just sitting there and no one asked, until I asked, whose car was just sitting there.
Then they called for an owner of a Red Corolla but that car left about an hour before me so I mentioned that they probably had that guy pay on my account and closed it out (reason why my transaction wasn’t even open).
They tell me “Nooooo it was a computer error.” How stupid did they think I am? I got the receipt for BOTH transactions that are one hour apart and with two different credit cards
Just be honest with me and tell me you made a human error and not blame the computer when you email us receipts. You made me wait about 1h20m for an oil change and no one was willing to take the blame.
