Firestone Complete Auto Care

These guys should be kicked off base. Told me my car required more work than it needed and couldn't get it finished on time after having 4 1/2 hours to knock it out. Worst customer experience ever.

I came in for an oil change appointment, and I’ve currently been waiting for 2 hours. I’ve heard the gentleman at the counter tell each customer that has gone up to complain the same thing - “your vehicle is almost done, just a few more minutes.” He told me that over 30 minutes ago. Then he gets back on his phone, and continues texting. The moral of the story: don’t come here. Put this place out of business, so that an auto center can get in here that actually cares.

I made a 09:00 appointment to have new tires installed, and they didn’t start on my car until 11:30.

Other reviews are pretty accurate. I dropped my car off at 9 am and told them I'd be back at 4 pm. Even called the day prior to see if they could fit me in. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Called me at 3:30 pm and said it'd be ready between 430-5 because they didn't prioritize well. I showed up at 5 and it STILL wasn't ready. Didn't leave until 530 and they didn't even check the alignment which was supposed to be done for free since I just bought tires. They said I could come back and it get it done later. Absolutely not. The employees were nice but punctuality is professional. Not making customers wait an hour and half after they had SEVEN hours to do it.
