Quick! Professional! Friendly! First time at this Jiffy Lube location. First time at a Jiffy Lube in decades if not ever. Came to get an oil change. There were 3 other cars in front of me when first arrived. Waited no more than 10 minutes when was asked to move my car up. While I waited to get service done, they cleaned my windows and added tire pressure. With a bill less than $90 for an oil change, engine filter change, and out between 25 and 30 minutes, I consider it a win!

If I could give them no stars, I would!! I pulled up to this location to get an oil change. A worker walked to my car and informed me that their system was down and they only taking cash. That was a red flag for me. The guy then proceeds to say the oil change would be $100. I said you lying because I never paid that much for an oil change at Jiffy. He goes to say my manager is the one who told me how much it cost. I told him they wasn't getting my service and his boss was lying. I left the location and went to another location where I had better help at. DO NOT GO TO THE COLLEGE PARK LOCATION.

Great team and expedient service! Came here for a quick oil change right before work. Even with a long line, they had me in and out within 1 hr! So grateful.

Don't take your car here. As soon as I left there was a problem with my battery and the sensor for my oil. It keeps popping up "low engine pressure." I never had a problem with it until I went to jiffy lube. I took it to a mechanic, and he said jiffy lube overflowed the oil. He couldn't figure out why the oil pressure warning kept coming on. He said the oil pressure was fine. I regret going there. It's ghetto. You can get better and cheaper service at a local gas station.

I went to this location because my sister has had good service from this location. The guys there are nice, friendly, fast and efficient. I was in and out in no time. Tony was a great help with resetting my oil gage. Keep up the good work guys! See you all in 5000 miles. UPDATE: Went this morning to get my oil changed and was pleasantly surprised to see 2 woman working there. Yay! You all are amazing!

Jiify Lube is the best experience you'll ever have. I got quick fast quality service. The workers are very professional. Thank you again Jiffy Lube to all your staff who worked on my car.

Overall good. When I pulled up I asked for oil change only. Not filters. They checked them anyway and left the glove box in disarray. That's why I don't have them check. I replace it myself. Then they wanted $49.99 for a filter. I get them for $29.99 at Advancd Auto.

Good service and fast. We just bought a car and they saved us money by letting us know the oil had been changed already a month before. They filled the air on the tires and topped off fluids reset the oil light and away we went for $20 bucks.
