wonderful experience! Karl especially was very helpful during a call to book my appointment. He remembered me and thoroughly explained the issues with my car and what could be held off for a while versus what was most important for safety I got an estimate from another great auto center I would go to before moving to college park, and the price here came a little under. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, inviting, and easy to find. Everyone was very respectful. I was dropped off at my destination. The time it took to have everything I wanted looked at as well as replacing my breaks and rotor and oil change was done within four hours.Services: Oil change

I went yesterday for a 430pm oil change appointment. I arrived at 4:25 and someone immediately greeted me. They took my car in right away and I was out by 4:53. They were very friendly and customer service was outstanding. I have used this Meineke for years and was a little skeptical because it appears there is new management and new employees. But the new employees are great and I even received a note to get my next oil change free of charge!. I will be back, great serviceService: Oil change

I’ve been coming to this Meineke for years, but something has changed since the pandemic. My last two trips were terrible. I would usually work with Tony gentleman at the front desk and before any work is done on my car I would get a call with an estimate. Today I dropped my car off for what I thought it was going to be a $200 job a quote I got from the dealership. Instead of a quote, I get a call at lunchtime saying the car is ready for pick up and the 5.5 hours of work costs $700. I am not upset at their hourly rate even though it was only 3 hours since I dropped the car off. I am upset that they changed their procedure and did the work without giving me an estimate. I told them exactly what was wrong and even provided the parts for them to replace it so this was all labor. There must’ve been a change in management because their service was one of the biggest reasons why I choose to go to Meineke over the dealer. I miss Tony.. I can’t recommend this place to anyone else again.

What a remarkable and pleasant experience! I called to see if they would be able to service my truck. The receptionist was such a sweetheart when getting me set up for my service, and it was only her first day! Amazing! Once I arrived, they had me in and out in no time at all. Came into Meineke for an oil change and the staff was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk asked what services I needed and if I had any concerns about my car. He was friendly, courteous and made my overall experience a nice one. Will make more visits in the futureServices: Oil change

They didn't do anything but check the codes and tell me I needed a new transmission and quoted me $5800. We paid $120 for that. We bought the car for $6000 a week before. The fix for my transmission on a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback was replacing the A and B transmission actuators. They cost about $80 each. I ended up replacing them myself it takes about an hour and half to do and is quite easy. The most time consumed issue was moving the air box out of the way. Oh and you need specialized bits for the actuator fork so you can turn it to get some of the gunk buildup from over the years of miles traveled spraying water and dirt on them and slowing getting in. The tools coat $20 bucks. Saved myself $5500. I do not recommend Meineke. They'll only try to rip you off trying trick you into doing something you don't need and they don't care because they'll get $120 off of you just to look. Not worth the time or money. Do your research before going to a shop. It might save you a ton of money.

I usually don't leave reviews. This was my 3rd stop. I had been given crazy quotes and no one could figure out why my brake lights were on for almost a month 1/2. I had my car towed on a Saturday and was resigned to another 2 week period of figuring out what was wrong with it. I got the call on Monday, with specific diagnosis of not only what was wrong with it car, but also how much it would cost. By 2pm, my car was ready for pick up. The price itself was a 1/4 of the quotes I was getting. I'd recommend this place. They are not only friendly and professional, they are efficient and know what they are doing. I have been taking my car to meineke for years now. I’ve taken both of my cars, and they are meticulous about their work in taking good care of my vehicles. I introduced my mom to this store, and she loves it too. I appreciate that I can stop by for air, and they stop to help me. Really good service, and I recommend them to anyone!Services: Tires

1 this is my go to spot for oil change. They are quick and very cost effective!! 2 my car kept turning off and they were able to get me in right away and told me what the problem was. They did not try and bs me when it came to the diagnosis to get money out of me. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them in a way I could understand. Really appreciate them not taking advantage like other places would!Services: Oil change
