Excellent customer service from the guy who towed my car recently. He was friendly and quick getting there. It did not take long to get the car towed either to home. He was great at his job ! Thank you. Very courteous. He even helped me down from his truck because I'm short, and it is a steep climb up in there and he saw I had my hands full too! It was all appreciated and will definitely call for a tow in the future!

They did a great job on our big rig. Got it off of a steep embankment without any damage. They brought two trucks to make sure they kept our asset safe. The office crew were polite and got the job done.

Paid full price for 2 tows back to back after being left at a closed shop. That made me angry but it was the humiliation of having the tow company call me at the the auto repair shop and announce to the shopworker that answered the phone that I failed to pay my bill. Once I got on the phone, I was accused of giving the wrong credit card number. Come to find out, THEY missed a number. Funny as the second tow charge had gone through prior and it was the same credit card. I had also been told when I paid the second tow fee they didn't have my card number anymore as the charge had been run and shredded. The embarrassment as the garage repairman looked at me and told me I had a call from the tow company because I didn't pay was horrible. I highly recommend if you want to be embarrassed, humilitated, and seek a company out for money, not clients...call Jim & Ron's Towing

Paul was timely in response and very friendly with my family. Being from out of town, we were driving across country and had a flat on the interstate. He showed up in 15 minutes from my call and got us on our way. Great service!! Nice to see a second generation owner doing well. Best wishes!
