Knight Towing & Truck Repair

Came towed us in and fixed our pickup by 11 am the next day so we could back on the road. Very reasonably priced. The fella who towed us and fix our pickup was very nice. Would recommend this place.

Absolutely disgusted with the man who answered my call. I get it, y'all are busy. But when I ask for help, when I'm calling you, clearly worried, and when I tell u I'm alone and don't know what else to do. Don't respond and say "yeah can't help you" Then when I asked how long it would be until you could you said "not tonight" you're a 24 hour towing company, I would think you would find a minute to help me. I'll never ever call this place again, and I hope it you're reading this you don't either. AWFUL customer service.

Really rude, not wanting to do what we needed of them a specially the owner is an as hole, the way he talked to you it's like the equipment is his and you don't own it. To not use this company...

This guy is very bad news. I went to him to put a part on my truck that i had located at a salvage yard. He said he would get it and put it on that it would take two days to get it in . And put it on. When i came back two days latter. He didnt get the part and he said i owed him 800.00 for diagnostic work on my truck 800.00 for nine hours of work. He didnt get the part because he said it was the wrong one. I talked him down to 500.00. The price he charged for ransom to get my truck back. I went to another shop got the part and my truck works go now. Stay away from dallas he is a thief .

I had Knight tow my van. They unfortunately did damage to the front. The tow driver looked as tho he was up for days methed out. I reported the damage only to be told to f--- off and hung up the phone. I go to show the damage. Get the same treatment. It was horrible. They swore, yelled and told me to get the f off their property. . I would highly suggest to pay a liittle more and use some other business!! THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
