Jimmy John's

The food has gone downhill that's for sure. The bread is hard and stale so I didn't like it. Plus they're not very friendly towards deaf and mute people which made me feel discriminated against. I used to live here and this place was always so good and made you feel welcomed but now idk if they got new owners or just poorly staffed but never again. Wouldn't even recommend it to people. Stay away. Try a different location or even a jersey mikes.

What is going on in this place?!! Workers whole family was there. Adults and young kids. Kids running around everywhere, one laying on the floor of the entry. They were literally so loud she couldn't hear my order and had to scream at them to quiet down so she could hear me. They mocked her and briefly got louder. While I waited on my lettuce wrap people there visiting were going back and forth behind the counter helping themselves to whatever. This was absolutely insane?! Does no one monitor this store?! Got to my car and my lettuce wrap was a sandwich instead of a wrap. I can only assume because she couldn't hear me order. I can't day I'd ever go here again after this, especially since there are clearly ZERO sanitary standards.

After slowly explaining my order at least 5 times, a very confused Destiny was still unable to put together correctly. What should have taken 10 minutes took 20 and was done terribly. As an individual who has worked at Jimmy Johns before, it really isnt hard to make a sandwich correctly… c’mon guys…

I didn't know they were as fast people said. I ordered my sandwich and exactly 30 seconds later I counted it was ready. They're above average cold cut sandwiches with good mayonnaise. I wish they had salt and pepper on the tables and some hot sandwich options.

I don’t know how they forgot to add turkey to a turkey sandwich. I drove 45 minutes just to get home and realize my Turkey Tom had no turkey. Michaelene took my order. Do better.

We stopped here on the way to the airport and we were greeted when we entered and the older gentleman who made our order was very nice. Parking: The lot is shared with another restaurant so it could be hard to find a spot but we didn't have any issues. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs shouldn't have a problem.

I paid over nine dollars for a tuna sandwich which wasn't freshly made but rather had been stored in a refrigerator... Mmmm... I spent three years being trained in culinary, our chef would have placed that sandwich into the trash as I was inclined to do!! J.J. people deserve better!! Anyone can go to AM PM and buy a cold refrigerated sandwich.
