Hi, I was very displeased with the customer service I received today at Subway. As a former Subway Store Manager, I know that an individual bad day often does not reflect the general character of a team, however, after the service I received today I do wonder. As for the complaints: 1 no team member greeted, said goodbye, or tried to ask how anyone's day was during the entire time I was there 2 The entire team looked like a group of robots who simply didn't care to express any emotion 3 They acted as if they did not want to be there 4 When I asked questions about certain menu options that I did not see, their responses were both unfriendly and annoyed. 5 The team members failed to remember any of the sandwiches. Then, after the cashier asked me what I got they looked like they did not believe me. 6 In fact, the cashier almost overcharged me $4 because she assumed I got a 12 in sandwich, even when the girl next to her said it was a 6 in and clearly handed her one. 7 After paying for my food, the cashier failed to ask me if I wanted my receipt. 8 The girl who placed the meat onto my sandwich did not place the correct number of slices. 1 short, but still annoying. So, overall my experience at your restaurant today was poor at best, and I do not know if I'll be coming back.
HORRIBLE customer service! We were the only 2 customers in line and the staff member was too busy warming himself soup to help us. We stood in line for over 6 minutes just waiting for him to take our order. Finally, when other customers started to come in and get in line did he start to prepare our sandwich, taking his time at every step. Only when the line increased to about 7 or 8 customers did he call the other staff member to help. I had class 30 minutes from when we got in the store and ended up only having about 5 minutes to actually eat. NO CONSIDERATION, SLOW, SELF-CENTERED, HORRIBLE STAFF!! We will NOT be going back to this Subway again!!
This location apparently doesn't accept coupons as of now, even though they did last week? Oh well- if you have a coupon, go to the location across the street at AZ Center. If not, there are about 10 places in the immediate vicinity where you can get much better meal for $12. This previously loyal customer won't be back.
This subway has gone down hill. Their portions are small and if you ask them for a little extra they'll tell you it costs extra they're kinda snarky about it. Additionally, they are VERY slow. I think they just know that it doesn't matter how they operate, because they'll always have the university to rely on for traffic. I won't be going back again anytime soon.
The staff here has been rude on multiple occasions and have continuously had an eye rolling problem. I used to work in the food industry, so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they haven't seemed to improve their attitude. I advise going to a different location for better service.
Never had a problem. Appreciate the apple pay since I don't always carry my wallet at school. thanks!
Fast service, delicious subs and now small side salads for $1.99! I love Subway, and this location is one of my favorites!
We Was there 2mins ago the workers where very rude the girl didnt even bother 2 take r order she was just walking around looked at my husband & walk rite 2 the back
They didn't give me what I ordered. All I wanted was some cookies an hour before closing and they wouldn't prepare them for me.
Great subs! Employees were clean and thorough. Greeting upon entry is way rehearsed. Great cookies.
