We ordered our food at 7:30 , it is currently 9:04pm , we called back at 8:30 pm asking where our food was and the lady said it was already out for delivery.... been almost two hours .. this is ridiculous

Started out absolutely loving jin jin, the past few times have been disappointing. We decided to give it another try last night and that will be the last. I ordered Szechuan chicken and couldn't even eat it, it was awful. My husband got beef and broccoli it tasted fine but he was sick all night! We really tried but we're finally done.
