Yuki Hana Restaurant

When i first moved to the island i tried this place and the fried rice was awesome. The last couple of times i ordered the rice however was literally just white rice and chunks of meat and very bland. Bring back whoever used to make the rice. The boneless ribs was mostly fat with sauce.

As far as the food goes (both Chinese & Japanese) it is by far the best in the area. Unfortunately as far as everything else goes (prices, competent & friendly customer service, & random areas that do not deliver to) is just absolutely both unprofessional & ridiculous. If they decided to open another equally delicious restaurant in this area; this place will be outta business. (rightfully so)

It was only within the past six or so months that we've had so much trouble. 1. Several times orders have been either incorrect or missing items. 2. Several times I have found long strands of thick black hair in everything from my salads to my lo mein. 3. When I just called to order three lunch specials for around five dollars a piece I was told the total would be almost $30. When I said that the prices online do not reflect the price she gave me I got an and said "don't use website." I said, "then why is your number and pictures of your store still linked on the website," and I was told' "order canceled." And was then hung up on. This last one was the final straw. It really sucks because there's not too many options on the island. However, I will gladly spend my money somewhere else that doesn't try to chisel me and give me an ever decreasing product just to give me an attitude when I called back up to tell them that they were missing an item that I already paid for. Everyone has bad days, every business has bad times, but when you're screwing up don't be rude and seemingly dismissive to your customers. My family is in the restaurant business, I have managed hoagie shops, I have Worked as a delivery driver before, and we tip very well because we know how hard those jobs are. And with all honesty a couple of these problems such as the hair in the food we're not even mentioned to the restaurant. However, all of the times that orders have been messed up it seems like there is not much apology and very little want to try to remedy the situation. Hopefully they get back up on their feet and maybe will try to order from there again next year.

Always a great stop for lunch. Great food. Friendly service. Reasonable prices.

The food is awesome! But the customer service sucks! I would give it 5 stars for food, and zero stars for customer service.
