Nice store but kinda small. Not many of choices as far as upholstery fabrics go.

Too hot in the store. Aisles weren't fully stocked. Seems like the prices have gone way up. Additional review 7/1/17: Ran in to pick up something real quick. It NEVER happens. For weeks it's been in the center of the aisle (a whole display). Naturally it was all moved & I had to search for it. 😡

I emailed customer service to make sure I could return a serger without a receipt. They emailed me and said yes for atore credit for lowest price in 90 days.I took the machine back to my local joanns, only to be told by the manager that machines couldn't be returned. And that if customer service had said they would return it they would need a printed out copy of the email. I had to take my machine and my 2 small children back to the car and call customer service and they told me to go back in and show them the policy. They also said machines where not excluded. He also said he would email the atore the policy. So i unloaded my children , who r 23 mths and 4 mths, and the machine and back in we went. The manager saw me and i told her what customer service said.  She radioed to someone to ck the email. I never saw her or any other manager again. The casher, Keyla, helped me. She was very nice and helpful. The managers never made another appearance. So i expected the lowest price in 90 days store credit. How bout they were only going to give me ,160 bucks, unless i exchanged it. That is NOT what the policy says. No manager ever showed up to explain or anything else. So i exchanged it. Its a $300 machine and had been on sale for $209. I did the research. I didnt appreciate the no hassle guarantee,  then the run around. If your policy says it will refund the lowest price in 90 days it should do it. I am very unhappy with this store and its managers. Keyla was great and much more than the managers. The no hassle return is a joke. In my opinion customer service should have called the atore manager to make sure that the return waa sone properly.now i am stuck with yet another singer brand product that i can do nothing with and prolly wont workblike the last one.
