Buttons-N-Bows Fabrics

I came into the shop today after being referred by a Joann’s employee who mentioned I might be able to find some help with embroidery for smocked pieces. When I entered, the employee was with another customer discussing fabric. After about 3 minutes she asked if she could help me, and I asked if it was true that they offer embroidery services, to which she immediately cut me off and said, “No, no we do not.” . She then proceeded to attend to the other customer, and ignored me completely as I looked around the store. It is a beautiful little shop with lots of great fabric, patters, and notions... however I don’t think I will be returning after being treated in such a cold way.

Best fabric store with knowledgeable staff. My go to for smocking etc

I was the only customer in the store. Clerk didn't bother to pause her clearly personal phone conversation to acknowledge me. I was in the store 10 minutes. They do have lovely fabrics, and considered purchasing several fat quarter bundles (my main mission), but felt like I would only serve as an interruption. Left without a purchase.

Wonderful fabric store. The fabrics are high quality and they have a variety of choices. I often go in looking for inspiration and the staff has always been very helpful.
