JOANN Fabrics and Crafts

what i went there for was out of stock even tho it said it was in stock on their website. the computer was down and they had just rearranged everything so not every one knew where stuff was. i asked this one lady who worked there named Mary and she suggested something else for me to use which actually worked better and cost less because i could use the coupon since it was not on sale. when i went back a week or 2 later Mary even remembered how much fabric i bought on my first visit since i had to make another and forgot how much fabric i needed. also the girl working the cash register was very helpful showing me how to get more coupons to use on some other stuff i had to buy that day. even tho this location is further away i will be returning since most of the employees were very helpful and nice.

Just took advantage of some great Memorial Day fabric deals. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I apologized because I had about 10 bolts of fabric that I wanted half a yard from (quilting). The staff were very accommodating and I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. They were still very quick too

The selection is amazing. The help, suggestions, and feedback are great. The wait time to have them cut our fabrics is so looooong. Also, I had to show a cashier how to properly wrap some glassware we bought. No big deal, but he wasn’t properly trained or prepared. Almost perfect.

Staff is super friendly and either can direct you on whatever you are looking for or willing to find an answer from one of their associates. The manager seems incredibly knowledgeable and is a great help in solving craft and fabric dilemmas.

I love this place Hands Down over Michael's and I don't step a foot into Hobby Lobby anymore. They always have what I need and their staff is always fantastic!
