Sew Much More

I'm really big on customer service. It's very important to me. This little local place was shown to me by a friend. The staff is so seriously knowledgeable and kind. This is why I like to shop local. I still wish I remember the young man's name who helped up but he is such a great employee. He deserves a raise! He was upbeat tall brown hair. I know that's not much a of a description bUT thank's from making our shopping trip a blast!

My experiences here have always been wonderful. They do often get very busy during a sale or when they have a special event going on. They are good about finding someone to help you, or making sure they haven't forgotten you. I have always found them to be helpful. And, they are always cheerful. The place has a nice feeling when you go in and watch what is going on. Also... They always check your machine first before submitting it to the repair people to make sure it isn't something simple that you don't need to pay for. For example, when I brought my machine in to get repaired... I hadn't used that machine in over a year and everything kept getting birdnested and breaking thread. We discovered I was threading it wrong. I could have felt stupid very easily. But they didn't make me feel that way at all. I walked out of there without having to pay for a repair I didn't need AND a really good feeling about myself. I've NEVER had a sewing machine shop ever do that before! So Sew Much More gets my five star vote for that service too!

Will return frequently! I am new to the area and had a very pleasant experience yesterday. I was given a lovely tour of the store and then left alone to explore until I needed more assistance. Several salespersons greeted me to offer assistance should I need it. When I inquired about classes I was given a personal invitation to visit the next sewing club meeting. I felt welcome and valued as a new customer and will be back-probably purchasing a newer machine. At NO TIME did I ever feel pushed into anything. When I inquired about items they do not carry, I was given information about other businesses that might carry what I wanted! What a lovely store!
