JOANN Fabrics and Crafts

Not a lot of enthusiasm from the clerks. There were not many people in the store and the three different clerks I went to were not helpful. I was buying two yards of material and them to cut my cut my two yard purchase into two one yard purchases. I was making two banners of a yard each. I was told that they wouldn’t do it. It was considered a special cutting and they did not do special cuttings. Asked two different clerk where items were in the store they didn’t know if they stocked the items Or where they would be. Never going back to that store!

The arts and crafts heaven! I took a sewing class here and earned some great skills. I recommend their classes.

I'll preface this review by saying I've worked years in customer service and know how much it can suck. I've had multiple encounters with Camilla who works the register. Despite being polite and courteous to her, she is always EXTREMELY rude. I took the first encounter as "Hey, maybe she's just having a bad day, we all have those." The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th encounters lead me to believe she's probably just not very nice. I can shop online without having to drive 20 minutes to this location and spend a lot of money on materials just to have a terrible experience. Bye bye for now Joanns on Mopac. Add photos

Love the merchandise. Have to wait in line way to long to get fabric cut. They need a better system for sure
