Large selection of fabrics. The owner was very helpful in trying to locate additional colors and quantity of a specific fabric i needed. She called their out of town location to have them send color swatches to her phone, from which i chose a few colors for them to physically send. I really appreciated her extra efforts and the service. Thanks!!

You really have to spend some time there and have to be pretty knowledgeable about fabric to buy stuff here and have it turn out well for drape and washability. Front is mostly tables full of poly/knit fabric, a lot of jean-type material, and some other amounts of cotton-knit fabric. Back has a zillion rolls of upholstery fabric. You can get some good buys if you know your fabrics because a lot of it is not described.

The first time I came here, all I was looking for was a material I could use for an outdoor dog couch. During that visit, I came to the conclusion that I will not be buying bedding, curtains, or any other upholstery items anymore. I'll be making whatever I need using materials from here. Seems silly now to pick from the limited choices of already made items when this place offers such an incredible amount of awesome fabrics to use.
First of all, the ladies working here and running the store are super friendly and very helpful. Second of all, this place is absolutely loaded with rolls and rolls of fabrics. They have a huge variety and vast selection to choose from. Also, the layout of the place allows you to see most of the options at a glance, while being able to easily get a close look and feel of each one.
Another thing I thought was neat, is that their in stock inventory includes headliner materials for cars, vinyls of all sorts of colors and textures, multiple foam products with varying densities and thicknesses, and some nice choices designed for outdoor applications like seat cushions or awnings.
Fabrictopia is definitely the perfect name and couldn't be more fitting. If you haven't had the pleasure of roaming the aisles in here, checking out the humongous assortment, and running your hands across some of their many wonderful feeling fabrics, I highly recommend stopping in one day.
