This is an awesome spot to soak in some of that old west history. They have so much awesome historical sites and antiques. They even have a little mock butch Cassidy dugout. A ton of history here and a great spot to check out. Defiantly come at the right times though. The lady now that is running it seems to close everything at random times and not the friendliest. Overall just the location of this site makes it worth it. Defiantly a piece of history to not forget.

This was an impromptu stop for us on the way home. It was so wonderful and I'm glad we did! I had no idea how much history was in this little place. The Ranger was so kind and was very knowledgeable. If you're near, I would definitely recommend it!

A rather remote location but the scenery is worth the trip and the ranch is a well preserved piece of pioneer history. The General Store and the water wheel are fantastic. Be sure to check out the dugout house. If you like to fish, the Green River is one of the best trout fishing rivers in the nation. Camping is available but motels are a long drive away in Manila Utah.

The John Jarvie Ranch is a historical site that Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid used as one of their many hideouts. Situated on the beautiful Green River the quant ranch consists of several buidlings, helpful staff and what historic site would be complete without some headstones. The staff is quite helpful and quite friendly. Definetly a must see for the curious as well as avid and casual historians alike!
