Great customer service but their burger was just whatever.. fries were good. Just a little pricy for $15

Food is amazing and price is fine, just thought the staff was a little too much. I very much appreciate nice consumer service but when is not too much. Maybe I'm being unfair. Nonetheless, amazing veggie burger

This location is hit or miss the the burger quality. Sometimes, it's greasy and heavy, sometimes it's great. If they can improve the consistency, I'd be willing to up it to four stars. The shakes are always good. Two words: Oreo malt!

Small food court location with a counter and limited seating. Service was fast and friendly on a weekday afternoon visit. We had ice cream only, so didn't have an opportunity to sample the typical JR menu of burgers and fries. There's also extended seating in the food court, and a kid's climbing and play area immediately adjacent.

This is one of my favorite places to eat! The staff is so pleasant. My favorite burger is the smokehouse. Smokehouse sauce goes great on EVERYTHING! I love their new fries, so crispy and delicious. My favorite drink is a coke with a shot of chocolate. Yum! Would recommend giving them a try.

Nicole was absolutely delightful when I placed my order. She was personable and easy to talk to. The whole team over there is great and have changed my views of the food industry. I will tell my friends about the amazing service I received. Thank you very much.

First timer at this establishment. Had the grilled cheddar on sourdough and fries...delicious. One of the better sandwiches of this type I' ve had in a restaurant. Prices moderate. Dine-in service was excellent.

I was in and out the BEST fries I have had in my life, burger was perfectly cooked, all with incredible service with a smile! Tuesday, Nicole, and the gang are on point!
