Five Guys

I ordered a take out regular burger without a bun. Asked for mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion and mushrooms. Also small order of fries. Delivered in a timely fashion - except without a fork, napkin, mayo and ketchup. Made for a very very dry hamburger.

Very good and fresh as always..... friendly staff there to help along the way. I can't wait to come back for another juicy fresh burger. They sell real burgers here.....

I give 2 stars because last night we ordered 2 burgers and 2 Cajun fries but they sent us 1 Cajun and 1 Regular! I barely eat regular fries.

How many times can you call without getting anyone to answer after 20 rings? I gave up at four times. I understand being busy, but you can at least answer and ask for the person to hold

The cashier was rude and seem like she just didn't want to be there at all, and also I ordered my food at 1:30 and didn't receive it till over 30 minutes later. The food was good but the time no so much. Store tables where all dirty, seems like they needed more stage. Could be better.

Have gotten my order wrong multiple times and take forever, and have gotten canceled on as well. Whenever I have gotten my food it tasted good though. Honestly just find a different Five Guys to go to instead of this one.

Joseph L. The older black gentleman was extremely rude. He didn't need to yell at me, just because I couldn't understand he's question, he should learn to speak correctly. Never had that experience in any Five guys before, is a shame Five Guys is hiring people without education and customer service skills.

Had a couple experiences here. One great the other not so great. On a busy night their staff was too busy socializing amongst themselves. Most recent experience was better.

Under cooked fries, lackluster burger mostly bun and little meat. We asked for a new set of properly cooked fries as a replacement but the request was not honored. We will not be returning.
