Came as a majority request of our party. However, everyone knows cost cutting limits customer service and in restaurant experience. Technology doesn't make it a better experience, it makes it a little more stressful when you need to ask about a missing item from your order. Lack of receipt paper in order system makes you pray that you will receive your order... then waiting for someone to see you to get the missing parts of your order is stressful also... just constructive criticism to management. Still Mickey Ds and food is great! Kid-friendliness: Great play area for the kids! Could have been cleaner. But still was fun, and one of the main reasons we came!
This McDonald’s really had their act together for lunch this Saturday! They were cranking out the orders nice and fast, the cashier was patient and polite with our special order, and the piano music was a welcome change from the usual modern music. We’ll done, y’all!
Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches with fries and a drink. Sandwiches was terrible. Chicken was tough and dry and the buns tasted like they were in the microwave too long. Asked to speak to a manager but no one ever came. Finally just left. Terrible experience.
The playground is nice, food good shame because the employee has the worst attitude ever! People on front without being saw, just ignoring customers and when I asked for more fries the guys with curls just made a face and went back to the kitchen saying Jesus like what? I paid for them! But apparently they don’t want to work! So if you want the worst attitude and worst customer service welcome! Never coming back! It’s a shame that a business can go bad because of the bad service the have!
i was having an awful thanksgiving morning! but when i pulled up i was greeted with the best and i mean BEST service ever!!!!! they were soooo sweet and chipper on this bright and early morning of thanksgiving day. i appreciate everything this location has done for me, i drove seven and a half hours to come to this location bright and early thanksgiving morning. i love yall so much. this is the quality service i have been searching for from mcdonalds for years and i finally mcfound it. #bestmcserviceever! #happyturkeyday #mclovinit
Okay so I’ve been living here for a year now so I feel like I can put in a review ALL the workers have attitudes it’s disgusting on the inside there was a bug on the counter no one came up to take my order I had to figure out myself to order through the kiosk same thing happened to another customer who came in and I had to tell her to do the same thing mean while a young curly haired brown skinned was cursing and yelling in the back telling the other co workers what she wasn’t going to do they rush you at drive thru I can barely get a mfn order in without someone saying is that all? Or for example one morning I was ordering breakfast the person goes is that it? okay come around interrupting me while I was speaking I didn’t even complete my order like when I go to this McDonald’s it gives east point I feel like I’m not even in Woodstock it’s like they just took a whole bunch of ratchet entitled workers and dropped them in the middle of an suburban area their attitudes stank and need to be fixed oh and calling the manager won’t do nothing because she’ll just look at you like you’re crazy
Terrible location been waiting over 20 min in the curbside pickup and nothing. Called no answer. I went through the drive-thru the manager was very unapologetic and even laughed at me and then claimed he had no order. He literally tried telling me they didn't have enough stuff while sending a kid out to the speaker system. If someone can go out to the speaker system they can go out to do curbside. Very rude and unprofessional manager Jacob was argumentative and very unprofessional certainly not up to gold arch standards. Shadow of the leader. Former McDonald's manager. Will not be back here as long as these issues remain.
While I realize you may be short staffed, perhaps putting a sign on the door that your closing early would be nicer than being rude to your customers would be better. We were walked in and apparently the staff here decided to close the dining room early. No signs were posted anywhere door or kiosk so after I have already ordered my food I’ve been treated rudely this entire time including when asking for something being looked at, eyes rolled and your employee just walking away.
Confused my order with someone else’s first, proceeded to be extremely rude when taking the food back. A person doing DoorDash came in for food, and one of their workers slammed the food down and walked away. Overall, the customer service here was awful. Truly unhappy people.
Awful location. The employees were talking and laughing so much that I had to repeat my order three times, so of course they got it wrong. When I looked at the receipt and saw the mistake, a woman manager maybe? If so, yikes. She sets the tone. came to the window to ask for clarification and then turned her back to me and walked away while I was still answering her. The young guy working the window was nice, at least. But the prevailing attitude there is that they're doing you a favor getting you what you paid for, and btw, you're interrupting their fun. I guess we're living in "act your wage" times. Go to Chick-fil-A next door, even if you have to wait.
