Always good, consistent, fresh food here. Super friendly staff. Clean and modern inside. Lots of seating spread about so you’re not all piled into one room.
This location is very nice looking inside. The building is an open layout with little tables and chairs to use your laptop on or do an interview. The play place is massive and keep clean. Mobile orders might be handled a bit slow but that's the only issue I had. Kid-friendliness: Massive play place
The food is good, but the wait time is INCREDIBLY long. If you are ordering during rush hour for dinner or lunch do NOT go inside. I waited 25 minutes for food on a thursday evening during dinner when there was maybe 7 people ahead of me.
Worst food & restaurant in Towne Lake. Piss poor service & can't serve up 9 chicken nuggets in a 45 minute time frame. Shortly after I walked in their lobby the manager locked the outside doors & asked us verbally that we didn't unlock them. After 45 minutes, I wound up asking for a refund & stepping back to the shopping center behind them & had my cocktail, appetizer & food cooked fresh & delivered in less than 20 minutes. Don't waste your time or $$ on this poorly run establishment. Next correspondence...Cherokee County Health inspections. The restaurant appears dirty. This McDonald's franchise is a JOKE!
Horrible...drive thru is always wrapped around the building no matter when you go. When you go inside, no one greets you at the register and or even acknowledges the lobby unless you complain. The norm is to use the kiosk and they dont work properly sometimes. Waited here for at least 30 minutes just for breakfast.
Waited in the drive through line, was last car at 7.50 pm. They tell me they can't serve me because they close at 8. It's fast food, and it was Dec 28th it's not a holiday, why holiday hours???!! And it wasn't 8 yet, lazy workers, hope the owner sees. Was able to look up and review before they closed.
I sat at the 2nd line for about 10 minutes as they took orders from the 1st line. They took about 4 orders and never even went to the 2nd lane to ask for an order. Like most other McDonald's customer service is incredibly lacking.
Dave Vest asked the person taking his drive through order to put "his girlfriend's name on the cup like Starbucks" They did! It made my day! Thank you for great service, fun, and going the extra mile! Kathy
Awesome experience I ordered take out and I enjoyed my experience at this McDonald's the young lady that took my order was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and kind and asked kindly if I wanted to order anything else. I will go back to this McDonald's in the future as I had a very pleasant experience. Kid-friendliness: Kids play area is clean Parking: Always available and open.
Cashier was a joke. I had to repeat myself 4 times very slowly what I wanted. Not sure if he was on drugs or was just normally spaced out. I attempted to use a scanned coupon from their app and the cashier said it took it, well it did not. The manager on duty was quick to provide a refund for the difference. This has been a reoccurring issue for this location. I would advise against visiting for some time until staff is more familiar with the world around them.
