Johnny's Po-Boys

Recommended by a French Quarter guide and a local as the place where po'boys originated. Delicious crawfish po'boy, first boudin balls and they were super tasty and a good jumping off point if you want to get in good with the staff by cracking a few jokes. Great service, might have to wait for a table but it's worth it.

Walked off the seawall and found this little gem hole in the wall. Service was excellent. Everything was perfectly spiced. The shrimp and grits and alligator sausage sure hit the spot. Great bloody Marys too!

This place is awesome, great bread and breaded shrimp. Came highly recommended from multiple people. Menu was served all day.

The place to go for po boy sandwiches. The roast beef is excellent. They're huge, enough for two people. See their special, half sandwich and side.

I got the Johnny’s special, it was decent. They give you a TON of food for the price though. The table I sat at was sticky, it doesn’t look like they get cleaned often due to the amount of foot traffic this place gets.
