I had a very good experience, having Dr Jones as my doctor he was very patient and had Concerns about your health he also listen to your concerns and very gentle with you an doing your Exam always let you know every step that he’s making it will be surely missed . I know that every one has to retire one day but l know their may not be another that match your professionalism.

Dr Jones is wonderful. I have been seeing him since I was a teenager. He was my doctor through both of my pregnancies. He is very patient and shows that he cares. He has called me after hours on more than one occasion to ask how I was feeling after having a concerning appointment that morning.

Where do I start!?! I literally cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones!!! Not only is he an amazing doctor, he is a great man! I have not come across many doctors like him; his bedside manner and knowledge is just exceptional! He always makes the time to make me feel comfortable with any needed procedure or exam. Dr. Jones is so patient and always makes himself available. I experienced an ectopic pregnancy in 2014; I will never forget how caring and sympathetic he was during such a sensitive time in my life. Dr. Jones actually called me on a Saturday to check in on me and to give me my lab results; he did this because he knew I would be worried all weekend. This is one of the many many reasons why Dr. Jones surpasses all other doctors! Dr. Jones takes the time to get to know his patients and you never feel like you are just another face to him. I've been with Dr Jones for about 5 years now and I will always be a patient of his as long as he is in practice. Dr. Jones has delivered 2 of my children and has always treated me with respect and dignity. When I needed an unplanned C-section; Dr. Jones sat with me for at least 45 minutes to talk me through the entire process and answered all of my questions even the ridiculous ones!. Dr. Jones even made time before the surgery to come and hold my hand for a few minutes; reassuring me that me and my baby were in safe hands and that we were going to be just fine. In my opinion, Dr. Jones is the best around! I've never had so much trust in a doctor as I do with Dr. Jones. You can really tell the field of OB/GYN is his passion! I need to also mention what a fantastic office staff he has; especially Tanya. Tanya is always so polite and efficient in everything she does!

Dr. Jones is the best. He made me feel like family. He's truly concerned and knows his job. He delivered my first child and made me as comfortable as ever. He is most definitely loved. Thank you Dr. Jones for everything!

Dr.Jones is a very good doctor, however his frobt desk clerk has a disgusting attitude, very rude, unprofessional. She doesn't call in prescriptions and doesnt make yout appointments on time, twice she forgot to call in my prescription and once she calles it in she called yhe prescription in at the wrong pharmacy. She misses my annual appointment twice and refused to allow the dr. To see me today becuae she didn't do her job.

This is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. He is so knowledgeable , and I trust his opinion. He takes great care of his patients and genuinely cares. I am so happy I found him here in Arbutus!!!

Dr Jones is a very gentle doctor. He does not hurry you. He will take time to answer any questions you have. I have liked him since the first time I went to him.

Dr. Jones make you feel comfortable. He was mom's Dr. I like how well he interacted with. She was in her seventies and very set in her ways.

I have been with Dr. Jones for 40 years and that alone should tell you something. I travel 35 miles for office visits. Attentive, patient, informed, and a wonderful person..

I noticed The older secretary said good morning to every Caucasian person who arrived after me she didn’t even speak or inform me to sign in and this was my first time . Then My second time there a young African-American girl left out they discuss her information freely Laughing and makes jokes in which violates the hipaa law I spoke up and said something to the doctor he took his Secretary side And banished me
