No stars isn't an option.  Customer service?  Disgruntled employee or owner. Who could tell?  Grumbled behind counter about piss poor merchandise.  If you want to enjoy a shopping experience. Don't go in there.

This rating isn't specifically for the Just Sports at Fashion Square, it is for Just Sports in general. I have purchased a couple of t-shirts from this company and I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought a new t-shirt from here, washed it once and it already shrank significantly. $27 for a t-shirt? I would expect it to hold up a lot longer than that. Very disappointed, I will be shopping for sports t-shirts elsewhere.
