Sports Exchange

As soon as you walk in the store it feels like a washed out k-mart and a sad thrift store. Immediately the sales person (maybe owner) is a little inpatient and pushy. The prices are very high and the worst part of all, they do not offer any refund. regardless if the item is unused and returned the same day. I'm all for supporting local businesses but places like these deserve to fail. Take your business elsewhere!

Don't go here! The owner is so rude! I can't believe he owns a business. I went in there with my 13 month baby to look for soccer equipment for my 10 year old. When I asked the owner a question.... He acted like I was bothering him. Then he followed me around the store watching me like a hawk. Not like he was trying to help but as if he was making sure that I didn't steal anything. I have never stolen anything in my life and found it very offencive that I was stereotyped like that. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to the store because if you do you will be mistreated and stereotyped plus everything is overpriced and whatever savings you do get are not going to be worth the dent in your self-esteem that the owner will give you!

Purchased a baseball bat for 30 dollars but after using at the batting cages it wasn't to my liking. Store policy says no refunds just exchanges with receipt with in 7 days. So I returned to the store 3 days later from purchase(with my receipt) to exchange for a wood bat that cost more but willing to pay the difference. The person working behind the counter refused to accept the exchange because apparently you have to have the original price sticker that they apply on the bat as well. No where in the store does it say this or was I told. I'll take the 30 dollar loss and my business else where .. I need more gear for my upcoming league to

A bad attitude is usually enough reason for me to walk out. The old fella was welcoming...the other man should take lessons.
