I have to give this place a 5/5, my father and I spent one night there (11,13,17) and he made a very peaceful transition the following day. During this time the staff went above and beyond to not only keep my father comfortable, but to make me feel at home and welcomed, this meant a lot. The cna (Ms. L) would make frequent rounds throughout the night and she was so quiet you’d barely notice and would often sleep right through it. The security officer was very cheerful, friendly and talkative. The lobby consists of a cozy large living room and full kitchen with a large dining area and plenty of seating for families. One of the last words my father spoke were “the nurses are good here” and that means so much to hear. This was without a doubt the hardest season my family and I ever had to endure, but these folks made it a little less stressful, with the positive attitudes and nonstop quality care, you just feel the love and warmth. God bless.

Very peaceful and calming. But no need ever went overlooked by the genuinely caring staff.

Horrible experience for the whole family. No respect or consideration. Please do not send your loved ones here!

Everything about the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home was top-notch, from the building and room itself, to the staff, to the grounds surrounding the facility. I could not imagine a better, more peaceful place for my father in his final days. Everyone there treated him and our family with caring, respect, patience (didn't mind answering the same questions several times until I understood), and professionalism. The beautiful gardens and walkways around the facility were calming, peaceful and a great way to clear my head and calm my thoughts. Highly recommended if you have a relative with a terminal condition who needs management of pain or another medical condition (difficulty breathing, etc.).

This is one of the worst places to take your loved one during their last stages of life. Not only was my grandfather miserable, the rest of my family was. The doctor wouldn't sign for an autopsy. So it made us suspicious of to what was going on.
