I was going to purchase my husband and I a new wedding set. We found his ring which had to be ordered which was perfectly fine with me. I stepped outside of Kay's to speak with a friend. I came back to my husband being upset. He told me he was mad at what the associate called me and wanted to leave. Instead of her calling me a woman or the lady, she told my husband that he had to wait for "Black Girl" to come back! We found it very disrespectful and rude. This is no way to address any customer especially if you want their business.
