We had a very unsatisfactory experience with Redux Realty a subsidiary of Keller Williams. Very unprofessional, terrible communication & poor follow-thru. An inexperienced & deceitful agent made our transaction miserable. The broker got some results but overall we were not represented fairly. Will never use this company again and would not recommend.

Warning to all considering a purchase, make sure ALL items listed in your contract are completed before closing, otherwise you may not get them done. Still fighting to get things done since closing almost three months ago. Also called agent five times requesting that the sign and lock box be picked up, I finally carried to land fill.
