First off, To the person who had a terrible experience, I am so sorry you had to go through that but I can guarantee you this is no fake account nor review. So let me break it down: We went through the VA, with that being said, obviously Military and they gave us Dan DeMarchis. Let me tell you something about this man, this God send of a realtor, did anything and everything we asked. He looked high and low to find us a home in this area which we knew nothing about. We set certain parameters, made him jump through so many hoops because we knew what we wanted. Dan did anything and everything for us, and we were first time home buyers. He gave us his opinion on countless houses we looked at, he even wade in on decisions that my husband and myself were on the fence about reminding us of what we wanted and not to settle for something we half liked just because it had a fenced in yard but the rest of the house was a nightmare - he reminded us that buying a home was an investment. We of course saw several atrocities and as soon as we left those train wrecks of a home, Dan was on the phone telling whom ever he needed tell that the houses were not in showing condition and that it was unacceptable. Upon finally finding a home that had all we wanted, Dan just blew my mind at closing. He made sure everything was perfect and to the T, and even helping us further with that process. I was cautious considering the reputation of a realtor, did tons of research, and he answered every single one of the millions of questions I asked him. He was dedicated and determined to please his clients, which he did just that. If we were to ever buy a home again, sell, whatever we will be getting back in touch with him. He made it happen, did it efficiently, went the extra thousand miles, and surpassed all expectations. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied clients.

If you choose to work with this company, hopefully, you get an agent that knows what they are doing. I had a relative work with Kim Pereira and it was a struggle to get in touch with her. She had a major attitude on top of it.

Long and Foster Realty was a great experience, on the sell of my home and the purchase on my new home. My Real Estate agent Debbie Maxam made the selling and buying go so smooth and she knew all my needs on the purchase of my new home. Debbie Maxim was one very knowledgeable and outstanding real estate agent, she bent over backwards to make things happen for me. I highly recommend Debbie Maxam to everyone, it was a delightful experience for me.
