Small & Associates Real Estate

We knew right after meeting Chris we wanted him to list our condo and help find our dream home. He certainly knows real estate, especially in Richmond. No matter what the time, he was always available to talk us off a ledge and give us honest answers and advice. I'd like to think of Chris Small as the house whisperer...other agents want to work with him, sellers want to sell to him, buyers want to buy from him, and clients (like us!) want to recommend him. All of that and he is a sharp dresser to boot! What more could you ask for? Without Chris we would have never found our new home...the home we will raise our future family. Thanks, Chris! Hopefully he will come over and drink wine with us. :)

Chris Small KNOWS Richmond. Wow--taking a drive with him to see properties is a tour in itself! Chris has been attentive and patient with me (when I need it) and direct and brutally honest with me (when I need it !!!). He has sooo much experience and knowledge...not to mention he's funny, Southern, tasteful and easy to get hold of!

As a loan officer, I have a unique perspective from which to observe realtor performance. As a Certified Financial Planner, putting the client first is engrained into my mentality.
