Thorough and efficient team. Errin helped us through the good and bad of first building a home and then deciding later on to purchase an existing home. Angela joined our team once we started the purchase process. Her communications were helpful and organized. Couldn't have asked for a smoother first time home buyer purchase.

My husband and I were able to enjoy a very streamlined process as we purchased our first home, thanks to the Sasha Farmer Team. We greatly appreciated the expertise and professionalism of the team and felt like all the steps to the process were well coordinated. We were always updated on what was needed and what items had been completed in a very timely fashion, usually within a day. We had to make the most of just a few days as we looked for houses in the Charlottesville area and were able to find the perfect place for our needs with the help of our realtor, Errin, and the other members of the team. Sasha and her team's expertise, advice, and attention to detail made the entire process, from listing through closing, virtually effortless.
