I can't say how great these guys are! We had our furnace go out a couple days before Christmas and on a day off and Jim (the owner) came by himself and helped us even though he was supposed to be with his family. He helped us "make do" till the next week (since everything was closed for Christmas) and then KSM came over again and replaced our furnace in an efficient and timely manner. They rearranged their schedule because we were without heat and we needed help. Thank you KSM and everyone should give them a call. Also they were very reasonably priced and willing to work with our budget.

We had ductless air conditioning units installed today and they were great. Super clean and fast installation, highly recommended!

They have taken care of ALL my works needs. Over 9 years now. I tell or show them what i need...It.s done. They call,, I go pick it up. Too simple? That easy. Dale / Owner Complete air duct.

They were very helpful , to my son and his two friends for a college project ....and their employees also jumped right into get them what they needed ....we really appreciated that the kids were treated with respect. This metal fab place also has honedt prices and is not trying to rip somebody off.
