I called on a holiday because the fan capacitor to my central AC went out. They came out within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. I am happy with the service provided The reason behind the 4 star rating overall was price. I understand that it was a major holiday but for a $20 part and 30 minutes of work total, I feel that $300+ on top of the diagnostic fee was a bit much. Overall I would use calibrating air again but never on a holiday or after regular business hours.

In 2017 we purchased a furnace, new heater and A/C unit from Calibrating Air and everything from the estimate and purchase, to the installation, to the annual maintenance has been nothing but STELLAR customer service. Today one of their technicians, Brandon, came for the one year inspection and service. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and over-the-top respectful and kind. If and when we move to a new home, we will be signing on for Calibrating Air to do our annual maintenance. I wish every service oriented company operated with such exceptional work ethics. Thank you Calibrating Air for your wonderful service!

Last fall, they installed a furnace. Polite complete professionals. Before they installed the furnace, Bart found signs of early heat exchanger failure. Three other techs from two other companies had looked at it, and didn't see the developing problem. This company does things right! This spring, they installed the A/C. Again, they were polite, complete professionals. No mess left behind them. You can't tell the condensing unit hasn't always been there. If this isn't a perfect installation, I don't know how it could be better!

Just had air conditioning installed into a 40 year old house. Brandon and Ben did a great job. They faced several issues due to prior work done by previous owners. They kept me well informed and worked out great solutions. Looking forward to a more comfortable summer and will be gladly calling this company regarding maintenance.

When our heater stopped working on a 20 degree day, I did a quick online search and noticed all the positive reviews for Calibrating Air. After dealing with them, it's easy to see why the reviews are so good. Brandon V was at our house within 20 minutes, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He explained everything thoroughly, was extremely professional and courteous, and made some great recommendations about servicing our furnace. I'll be asking for Brandon specifically next time. There's no doubt he will do a great job every time.
