An excellent experience with IMS. Our 34-year-old furnace was dying. Richard, the Branch Mgr in CO Springs, thoroughly explained functionality and features of the furnace we wanted. Jill quoted an excellent price (and 24 months no interest) through Home Depot including a senior discount and taking into consideration my USAF veteran status also. Tracy and Chris did an excellent job of removing our antique furnace and installing the new Carrier furnace. Our limited utility room space (with a tankless water heater exhaust already in the middle of the front wall above ) made a difficult install. They performed extra effort to run and route all of the new PVC intake and exhaust tubing in the best locations possible both in our utility room and outside, and did an excellent job of mating the new furnace to our existing ducting. Cleaned up their mess too. We have lived in our home for 17 years but last night (after the install) and this morning we have noticed the cleanest air we ever had in our home. We are now loyal IMS customers and highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with the work done to replace our AC unit and fix our duct-work. I was able to choose a wi-fi thermostat that they installed with the AC unit. I have had many companies come to our home before agreeing to choosing IMS based on their knowledge, reasonable cost with 1 year interest free financing and excellent work done.

This was my second year having IMS Heating and Air do my furnace checkup. Everything went smoothly from setting the appointment to having Gabriel working on my furnace, I also had IMS install an whole home humidifier.
