I was impressed with Home Heating from the first phone call till the job was complete. I called Home Heating on a Thursday at 7:30 a.m. They had a technician at my house by 9 a.m. to give me a quote - which he wrote out at my table right away. I was still waiting for other companies to call me back and I already had a fair quote in hand from Home Heating. They offered a military discount which I appreciated, and scheduled the work to be done the following Monday. Marcus came to my house early on Monday morning. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and had the work done by the afternoon. I really can't say enough good things about Home Heating and Marcus!

Excellent service. Carlos was great! He got the swamp cooler going and made sure to explain what he saw with it. He also taught me how to use it, which was much appreciated since we’ve never had a swamp cooler before. Scheduling was quick and easy and the pricing fair. I definitely recommend using this company.

I am so pleased with the service Home Heating Service provided. The water heater quit working over the weekend and so I was happy they could get someone out quickly. The woman who answered the phone was very professional, super friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Brett arrived within a few hours of my call and fixed the issue. He was also friendly and very knowledgeable. Our unit is very old so he took the time to give me a quote on a new unit, explain everything that would be done, and also answered my questions regarding a maintenance contract. I wish I could give them more stars!

Great service. I was told a 2 hour time frame, same day service would be available, what the time frame was, who it was and that he would call me 10 minutes out. That all happened. The senior technician, Scott, was informative; listening attentively about what was occurring, inspecting, examining the troubled unit and finally explaining what was going on and what was needed. He called and asked that research on the part be done. He explained what had to be done to order the part once found, when it would be arriving (approximately) and what the cost would be. The part, a power air vent, although not currently stocked will be shipped brand new to the company. Great service. Thank you.

A great experience all around. Competitive bid, easy scheduling, and responsive office staff. Our technician, Marcus, did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. He and his associate were professional, kind, and wonderful to have in our home. Marcus kept my wife and I up to date on their progress and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed as a new home owner. I can't recommend Marcus and Home Heating highly enough. They will be our furnace partners as long as we are in the Springs!
