Mitchell Heating

Mitchell Heating and air installed the HVAC system in our new house. Early on we had a few issues and they came out and promptly took care of them. But they went above and beyond and gave us an additional year on the warranty to make sure that everything was functioning correctly. Also their folks are top notch and great to work with.

Called after hours tech was out in under an hour. No fuss, no BS, very polite. We're back up and running in a little over an hour.

We've had three experiences with Mitchell Heating. First, they set up our furnace system to get us started when our house was built in 2016 - we have had no issues with it. Next, we had them out to install a whole house humidifier - they did a fabulous job, and we LOVE it. Lastly, we just had them install an A/C unit that works nicely in conjunction with the furnace and humidifier (with a super-cool wifi-enabled color touch screen controller). In all cases, they showed up on time, the cost was very fair, they were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Couldn't be happier, and I would recommend this company based on our experiences.

If I could do a negative review I would! Mitchell Heating is the absolute WORST. Their customer service is below par! Unfortunately we had our house built and didn't get a say in who we got our services from so we were stuck with these people. We have been moved into our new house for over a month now and have had MAYBE 7 hours of working AC. They have come five times and have been through TWO brand new AC units and still are unable to get it working. It's like pulling teeth getting them to come fix anything. We have had to reschedule countless times all with no working AC. We have young children and now that it's summer time, it's hard to keep them comfortable. They just called me to reschedule AGAIN. I have NEVER in my life had to work with a company SO careless. All of their employees could not care less about you or their crappy work. PLEASE do not make the mistake of picking them to do anything. Luckily we are getting OUT of their services because our home was built through KB home and THEY don't even want Mitchell to do work for them anymore, so they got a new company to do it. They are the absolute WORST.

We used them for home furnace and air conditioning and a humidifier. All are working perfect and we are pleased. Mitchell was good at addressing concerns we had and their prices came in good. I would gladly use again.
