Furnace World

I called based on the 90+ positive reviews....I'll call back because the service was outstanding. Items they could have easily stated needed replaced where explained and told to wait. They told me how to clean my gas fireplace for free instead of calling them, saving me $200 (don't tell their boss, although he seemed like a nice guy on the phone). They serve the military by helping mil families in need and give back to the community through an apprentice program. GREAT COMPANY! - No I'm not related and don't know them! - Eric

Bob came out to service my furnace and AC did a great job! He even took the extra time to go over details about my furnace and water heater that will help me maintain it even better. Would highly recommend

Year after year Bob, along with other techs at furnace world, have been outstanding in taking care of my hvac needs. With my house being a new construction I encountered numerous issues. Bob made himself available to us one time at 3am when we had a no heat emergency during a -12degree night. I joined the comfort club and will continue to do business with furnace world for as long as I own/rent a home in the area. I would recommend them to anyone who has an hvac need.

We switched to Furnace World from another company last fall because we were concerned the other company wasn’t properly repairing our furnace. We were so glad we did. The technician came out, and without me ever mentioning my concerns about our previous provider, he found a couple unsafe repairs that had been done to our unit. We immediately knew we made the right choice. It’s now time for our spring air conditioner service and the technician they out this time, Bob, was just as friendly, professional and efficient as the previous technician. If you need a company to service your furnace or a/c, look no further.

They helped me out with an after hours call. They arrived quickly. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The service I received was priced fairly and performed quickly. I highly recommend.
