Just received routine servicing on our 7 year old furnace from HPE. Courteous on the phone, appointment within a couple of days, on time technician, fair set price, good results! We will use HPE again in the future, happy customer!

Great people - very honest, friendly, fair and was able to service our AC within an hour from when we called. You will not be disappointed!

Last night my loft sprung a water leak. I have a renter in there and didn't really understand the magnitude of the problem so I called the property management company and they dispatched HPE. HPE arrived on the scene and fixed the issue very quickly. I guess it was an easy fix. The technician then told my tenant that he was happy to help and that there would be no charge. Amazing! I understand simple fixes, but the fact that it was after hours and raining out just blows my mind. Thank you HPE for doing good work and for treating your customers well! It's hard to find concerned commercial contractors these days. HPE has definitely moved to the top of my list!
