Kentucky Splash WaterPark and Campground

Little bit of a drive I say from knoxville it right about an hour. Not to bad to spend a day at a water park. Very friendly staff and very reasonable to get in. $10 for adults and kids 2 and under is free. Its has a lazy river a good size kid area with water slides for toddlers and bigger ones for the older kids. Also has 2 tube slides and 3 body slides and a wave pool. Plenty of room to walk and enjoy the day at. The food and drinks were very cheap and good. It was raining when we went but they only close the water when they hear thunder. So still stay open for the day we went. Staff was very friendly! Also they had were you could rent out a toddler float with spot for the adult and a spot that had a bottom for the toddler all for free! Also does season passes. Great place to go to once in awhile!

Did not visit the water park since it had not yet opened for the season but stayed in the campground. There are only 18 sites with 1 being taken by the campground host but the remaining 17 site are nice and level gravel sites all with full hookups, a concrete pad for the picnic table and a rock firering. Some even have a view of a stream that runs along the sites. Very nice campground. I imagine it is difficult to get into it during the summer months while the water park is open.

Love this place! Our family goes every year. Inexpensive on admission and food. The kids love it.

Had a wonderful day here. 5 adults and 4 kids. Prices were very good and food was not expensive either. It's been a few years so the prices are sure more, but they were very reasonable when we were there. Lines were not long and there was plenty to do. About halfway through the day a large group of older boys showed up, looked like from a football camp perhaps. We was very impressed that they were not rowdy or pushing their way in front of people. We haven't been back to this area since, but if we get near here again, Kentucky Splash is on our list of Must See places.

Great park even with not having a lot of ride's the ones they have are great for the family and the prices are wonderful. Makes it affordable for a fun family day.
