Story

Our program is designed for two through five-year olds. Each classroom environment is thoughtfully and carefully prepared so that children can share the space in a safe and productive way. The three to five-year old class is always attended by a MACTE/AMI certified Montessori lead teacher and an assistant with assistant training. The Toddler Communities have a lead teacher with an assistant and no more than twelve students.

Kenwood Montessori School is a private, nondenominational, nonprofit organization licensed by the state as a day care facility with an educational purpose. We are governed by a board of directors. The school is open to all and welcomes children of every race, creed and nationality. We are an international program and we welcome all peoples.

Kenwood Montessori is affiliated with the International Montessori Council, an international Montessori accrediting body of classic Montessori school programs.
