KFC

Cashier was extremely rude and messed up our order 3 times. They then proceeded to fill our spicy famous bowls to the top with oil which I don't think could've been done by accident. So now when we open the bowls that oil is going to spill everywhere. And when we asked for her name she refused to give it and closed the window in our face.

I love the wings because they're nice and greasy and I love that but the rest of their food is awesome too usually at other places the breasts are dry but here's or not they're nice and juicy the service is great I recommend this place for everyone Vegetarian options: None

We worked at kfc felt like a family they are understanding if something comes up and always a fun place to work. The managers and the best part of kfc. Miss working at kfc and the crew

Xtra crispy family fill up meal. 12pc. 3 large sides. 6 biscuits. Half gal pop. Asked 4 napkins...check. asked for utensils...fail. asked for plates...fail. Asked for honey for the buscuits...fail. I'd think nothing too much of any of that part as the food was on spot and delicious. But, 5 out of 5 times the fails stay the same? Humm. Not sure what to think on that one.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, when I got to the window they had no idea what my order was. I ordered a meal and got a sandwich....I understand its not easy but take it one order at a time they crew seemed to be so confused.

I got a bucket of chicken tenders and they were real moist and fresh. I’m glad they don’t have the chicken precooked any more. I don’t know about you, but I would rather wait a little as long as it’s fresh. It was a little pricey, but, over all , pretty satisfying.

When you have no dinner planned and prepped KFC always comes through with good food to make everyone happy!

Had issues placing order online. Called the store to notify them of my large order so I wouldn’t have to wait forever. Got to the store and came inside to sort everything out- after some confusion I was YELLED at that I have to go through the drive through. Wish Ashley would have told me that on the phone, or anyone that talked to me at the counter, but this location seems to default to treating people like garbage instead.

The employees are always nice and the food is correct most of the time as well as hot . Should really use some work on that drive through. It literally takes forever in a day lol

I regret every visit to this store. I planned to drive out to Clive to avoid this store, but stupidly changed my mind. I placed a mobile order and went inside when my order was due. I waited 7 minutes before they put out a single order. The order was 20 minutes late, and other mobile orders were pulling up behind me. The crew was cranking through the drive through orders, but all of the "quick pick up" orders were 20 minutes late. Late enough that they could have fried the chicken starting at the time the order was promised. This is just the latest in a long series of bad experiences at this location.
