I called for info on birthday packages for my sons 4 yr birthday party. The lady who answered was not helpful at all, she gave me two options with pricing but could not elaborate what so ever. I even asked what does the package include i.e decorations, food.. And she could not answer. I was really interested but when you have someone like that answering the phone I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
