This place is expensive so I expected nothing less. Overall was pleased w our event. Staff was helpful and never said no if needed help. They were organized for the most part. During the event things can be overwhelming, yet there they were to ask me questions regarding program and scheduling. Cons: twice they were not punctual. The first, when going to setup prior to event they opened 30 mins late. The second time, when party was going to start I had family, friends and hired personnel waiting outside cause venue was locked. They finally opened after 10 mins of waiting and calling. They had forgotten the time our event would commence. And yes, I noticed not everything was put away and ready for our party when They finally opened up. Last, learned a day before the PowerPoint I had prepared would not work bcause their old system would not allow it so I had to scramble to get a projector and Screen the last minute. I was told they're updating to new system. Regarding not being punctual, person in charge acknowledged their mistake. Overall pleased and would rent this place again.

Horrible place! Spent about $1000 on this place and got the worst service! I paid $35 for the lady to set everything up for me so once I got there everything could be done, I got there and it was a mess I ended up doing everything. Also paid the "entertainer" from there $250, she didn't do nothing was just outside smoking. The so called "manager" was laying in her office in the couch on her phone the entire time. I provided EVERYTHING and they still didnt help! They were rushing us through the whole thing and ended up kicking us out earlier than expected. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place! Horrible!
