KingKong Sushi

I was on a mission. One of those, “I NEED SUSHI” missions. So I looked up sushi near me and this place was .3 miles away from my hotel. I walked over there and was hoping it was good. I walked in, the mood is nice, the music isn’t too loud, the lighting is nice, theres a bar and a sushi bar where you can sit and watch your sushi being made. I got a table and looked at the menu. The selection is EXTENSIVE and I am very indecisive, so it only took me 20 minutes to decide what I wanted. I ordered and the food could’ve come faster. But that’s okay. My waitress could’ve been more attentive but I was by myself and on the opposite side of the restaurant from her other tables. When my food came, the presentation was good and the quantity was good. 9 for premium roll and 6 for a smaller one. It was amazing! I think the only downside that both of these after tip came out to $22. But all in all great food and nice place!

This place was hurting for staff but made us feel like we were important. They did take a little while to get to us but when they finally did the food was amazing. The service was good even though they were short-staffed and the chefs were very skilled. Tight rolls and great cuts of fish.

We went to this restaurant because we were in the mood for sushi. The sushi was good. The rolls were well sized. The reason I only gave it three stars is that the menu is limited for kids. The service is slow to the point that it seemed like there was only one person working waiting on all the tables.

What can I say? The best sushi you can get in the South. Their 007 roll is out of this world. The habachi is well-executed. The service is prompt. My partner and I love this place.

I am being generous of the food quality. Nothing special very boring and bland sushi. The help was great, the sushi quality sucks
