Pretty good. I love their demo days. I wish they did them more often. They don't let you test ride their bikes and I'll probably never buy another bike without test riding. They don't know the feel I'm looking for. Really good people work here and I always go in every time I'm in the area. I recommend them.

I bought a motorcycle from these guys and I had a really good experience. I would highly recommend buying a motorcycle here! Even though I live out of state, things went smooth. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I had to do to get my bike titled in a different state. There were a few issues though, so that's why I only gave them 4 stars. The main one being that the mileage on the bike was 100 miles more than the sales paperwork and the title. Not a big problem, yeah, but when I let the salesman know about it, he got a little defensive, which I didn't care for. After all, it was their mistake, not mine, and I have a right to let them know about it. But before that, he had been very helpful and respectful. There was another issue with them overcharging me $18 but they found that problem and refunded it to me. I did need them to sign a government form after the sale and they were very quick to help me out. They even sent it back to me at no cost which was very generous. Overall a great bike and a good place to shop. Thank you!

I bought a used Jet Ski from KMS in April. Although customer service was ok, the product was not! I took the ski out the following weekend for first time and after 10 minutes out on the water it went dead. Luckily there were other people on the water to tow me in. After changing the battery, I took the ski to a reputable shop today and they told me the engine was shot. The mechanic stated that it was a ticking time bomb when purchased. The fact that I paid a "dealer inspection fee" which was included with the purchase makes the situation worse. Be sure to check and double check any used unit from here and read paperwork carefully. I was offered a free inspection to see what was wrong, which is great customer service BUT I'm sure the ski was never thoroughly check for any issues.

I have never felt so good about a vehicle trade in my life I did my research and they came right to the fair price point we did yhe deal and we all had a fun stress free transaction.
