Orlando Yamaha Kawasaki

I'm looking to buy my first bike more towards the Fall season, but wanted to browse what stock they had and test-sit some to see what would work for me with being vertically challenged. Not once did the staff pester me or pressure me into buying anything and were helpful with the questions I did have. I will be coming back in the future. I just purchased a Yamaha XT 250 at Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki. Great fun so far on the bike! What a feeling to be riding. Ask for Axel when you go in as he will give you outstanding customer service. He quickly put together a truck trailer ramp and put it on my Chevy. Then he ratchet strapped the bike to the rack for my 2 hour drive back to Jacksonville. This place was totally worth the drive down, especially Axel. He has remained available to me via cell phone for follow up questions—keep in mind this is my first bike so i had many. He patiently answered them with excellent explanations. He is a safe and careful person with motorcycles which i feel is critical. The business is located right off Orlando’s beltway 417 for easy access. Highly recommended business.

called a week ago inquiring about a klx110. wanted to know what the dealerships fees (prep,freight, etc) were for that particular item.The salesman took my info down because he had to find out from his manager. Never received a call back. I call today and i get the same response. it amazes me how nobody knows what those fees are except a manager. Thank god i didn't have to ask a technical question about the bike or where to put the oil in after i change it. They would have to put me on hold to ask the manager. I think its time for the man behind the curtain to give these so called salesman some training. It shouldn't be this hard to get the information. ITS 2018!!! After reading some of the other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. FIGURE IT OUT. THIS ISNT WORTH THE $200 SAVINGS AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. Here's your first TIP, having great customer service is what makes a sale.

Great location and selection. New to the sport bike world and Dave Pieser was very helpful with a ton of knowledge... No pressure, friends before a sale attitude. Thanks guys all around..

First time purchasing a bike and was met with helping hands. David is the one who helped me purchase my first baby, I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the serviced I received. Definitely will be purchasing from them again.
