Seminole PowerSports

Came in today for new tires for my Yamaha Sportbike. I had made an appointment with Jared Vazquez the service advisor. He was both friendly and knowledgeable and that made a positive impression on me right from the start. He took my bike in immediately when I arrived and I was on my way in about an hour with new perfectly balanced Michelin tires at a great price. Work was done neatly and professionally. This is what a motorcycle service department should be and I will certainly be back! Thanks Jared and the great service department! Five Stars all the way!

Thanks to Jared Vazquez at SPS on Rinehart rd. The most professional, understanding, competent service agent I have ever seen in 30 years of riding. I won’t go anywhere else without talking to him first. He took care of a problem on my Victory Highball that none of the other metric dealers wanted to touch. Even the Victory in Longwood was unable to help me...thanks again J..you’re the best

Recently purchased a new bike. Don was great help! He is very knowledgeable and honest. I couldn't decide between two bikes and Don helped me pick the right one for my needs. He didn't just try to sell me the more expensive bike. Glad I listened to him. Love the new bike. Exactly what I wanted. Don even took it home for me as I had no way of getting it there that day. Plus he has kept in touch ever since. He definitely earned a repeat customer and friend. The rest of the staff was friendly as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my husband's motorcycle in for them to replace the chain, they did it incorrectly and too tight causing it to snap on I4 which was so dangerous, thankfully I was following on the way so where we were going. After back and forth with Seminole Power Sports they replaced the chain, but weirdly kept the old one after showing the pictures of what they claimed was a " defective chain" to other repair technicians we found out that it wasn't defective the way it broke, it was how it was an error in how it was put on. Not only was this terrifying to happen on I4, and have to worry about getting someone to be able to tow it, but the chain snapping then swung around and damaged other items on the bike. They have peoples lives in their hands when they are working on their motorcycle and to not even be able to put a simple chain on properly I would hate to see what else they screw up. We will NEVER go here again, even if we needed to stop for water.

If you value your life and the safety of anybody riding on a bike with you, you're better off finding somebody else to do your repairs. I had this dealers service department perform a check on a master brake cylinder recall on my 2008 gl1800 air bag model and they told me that it was completed,when I checked the recalls registry it shows an open recall for that itemt therefore it was never touched. I get another recall notification from America Honda pertaining to the Air bag it's taken them almost three months to order the part, Of course I'm not a priority since I'm not the one paying for this repair I guess they can care less whether it gets done or not. I didn't want to rely on the reviews but I suppose there's a reason why so many people dissatisfied with this dealership.
