Bike Fest was fantastic. Excellent bands,awesome bikes on display, friendly, knowledgeable vendors and store staff. Food was great...family friendly. Can't wait to go again.

The ladies from the apparel side were very nice, considerate and definitely help us out. The parts counter guys also was very helpful and knowledgeable. Being in the industry, we could tell he knew what he was talking about, which is a hard thing to find in most places. Sales guys greeted us, asked if we needed help, even offered for us to take bikes on test rides, even though we said we weren't there to buy a new bike. These are some of the reasons why we plan our 200+mile rides with the War Horse as one of our stops. Btw, our visit was on a Thursday, and the store was still very well staffed with A+ customer service team members.
