I went in looking for a F6B. I ask for Eric because he help me 6 months ago with finding a bike for my wife and I was very pleased with the outcome Eric goes above and beyond to help his customers and me and my wife was truly happy with the purchase of her new 750 Honda Shadow. At the time they did not have the bike I was looking for but he told me he will do everything he can to find it. As expected I received a call from Eric saying come in I got something I want you to see, it just came in. Eric knows my taste and that's what I like most about him he has your best interest at heart. Hands down he is the best no sales pressure. Go see Eric you wont be disappointed.

We just bought a 2016 Honda Metropolitan from West Orlando Powersports and it was the easiest experience by far in my search for scooters. My husband and I just moved to Miami and we weren't finding the service or inventory in the area so we expanded our search. Frank made it really easy. There wasn't a lot of back and forth on price and he was friendly throughout. What really left an impression was how accommodating he was in terms of pick-up. We made a deposit over the phone and Frank met us after hours on a Monday night to finish the deal. We traveled up from Miami and couldn't have been happier. Thank you, Frank!!

Upon searching for a motorcycle, I shopped around at more than a few dealerships in the Orlando and Tampa area. West Orlando Powersports had by far the best pricing. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Taylor Ponce. Taylor made the overall experience great. After purchasing my bike I still hear from Taylor regularly, calling to make sure I'm well and enjoying my bike. I'm sure my next purchase is going to be with these guys and I definitely give them a strong recommendation.

Taylor Ponce approached me soon after I walked into the store. My intention was learn if the dealership had a way to contact leftover Gold Wings of '17 or "16. In no time flat I was introduced to the '16 on the floor, no miles. I've named her Grey Ghost because she is silent and swift! Taylor facilitated conversation with Drew, the manager. In no time flat, an evaluation of my trade-in was done, and a purchase agreement was made. I picked up the new bike a weekend and a few days later, and through that time, Taylor was in telephone contact, assessing, I'm sure, the firmness of our agreement. I give Taylor high marks for his polite manner and professionalism. The only short straw was his lack of knowledge about Gold Wings that, commendably, he did not pretend to have.

I have to give it to West Orlando power sports for their sincerity. Wayne's a great salesman very professional and knowledgeable. I spoke to Andrew and he made everything smooth and assured me that my bike would be sound and ready to go soon. Even though , I was not involved with the deal they're still working with me tweaking a few things here and there and hopefully adding my ohlins steering dampener for me. These guys Have been keeping me alive for awhile now!
