Then Leon met me @ the curb with a warm Southern charm. We proceeded to the details. And then Tom finalized the financing with a friendly family presentation. My salesman was Adam and my finance guy was Conner. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They weren’t pushy at all. Adam even got a sitter for his child so he could work around my schedule. And to be given an additional $1000 off just for being a first responder in my community really shows their level of devotion to theirs. Great customer service. Enjoying my new bike.

Great experience! Leon, Connor, Tim, Scott, and the parts department representative who's name I do not remember, sorry, did their best to make sure my experience exceeded expectations. They stood by me as a customer when I had an issue and made sure the issue was addressed in a way that exceeded my expectations. To those who post a negative review about this dealership, I hope you give them a chance to reasonably make things right. I say reasonably because sometimes issues can't be reasonably corrected without going out of business. Yes, the dealer needs to make some money too! I know they did their best for me without a doubt and I am a huge skeptic who researches everything and shops around. Thanks to everyone at RideNow Powersports Ocala who worked very hard to earn my business!

“I felt like I was spending a million dollars when I was buying a used bike. Helpful group that made me feel important. Great job.” I visited the Indian Showroom as well and the treatment was excellent. It was obvious they want my business and seem capable of making decisions on the spot to satisfy what I would need.

Joey was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in the door to the time I left, every question I asked he had an immediate answer for and if he didn’t know he NEVER once said “I don’t know” he told me “I’ll find out!” He’s honestly one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever encountered at any dealership I’ve ever been to. A lot of the other salesmen walked right past me and couldn’t even smile or greet me but Joey walked up like he was excited to see me and my family and taught us so much about everything! We will definitely be returning and purchasing every machine we want from Joey, you guys have a real great asset to your team with him! THANK YOU JOEY!
